Afghan president to free as much as 2,000 Taliban prisoners

Afghan President Ashraf Ghani started a course of Sunday to launch as much as 2,000 Taliban prisoners as a goodwill gesture after the insurgents proposed a shock cease-fire through the Eid vacation.
